The use of fictional drama scenarios as an integral part of eLearning programmes has been proven to be a highly effective method of embedding knowledge.*
Adopting this approach has seen me involved in many drama productions over the past ten years - from smaller 'in-house' affairs to a 6 x 20 min episode series for a European Commission project that required a crew and cast of over 30 people and a 3-week multi location shoot.
Whilst my primary role was as senior editor on all of these productions, my involvement also included director,1st and 2nd unit lighting camera, production manager, and creating digital props such as fictional company websites and logos.
